Demetrius and Chiron Are Dead
Titus Andronicus is a rather infamous than famous Shakespearian play. And let’s face that it’s not a coincidence. A bloody and violent play with some parts that are almost absurd and an incomprehensible number of killings. The author and his supposed co-author did their best to entertain their contemporary audience. I have no idea how this could be taken seriously. Meanwhile, it still hits. As if the world or the part of it depicted in the news has caught up to Titus Andronicus. Or it’s all just the same as usual: nothing has changed.
